Cancellation Policy

Boho Beach Souls requires at least 24 hours in advance for all appointment changes and cancellations to avoid a cancelation fee: For sauna members and packages, one session will be deducted from your allotted sessions. Repeated last-minute cancelations and no-shows will incur a 100% charge. Any canceled appointment without a twenty-four-hour notice is considered a "no-show".
